"This relatively large apartment style hotel was perfect for our short stay in Tokyo. It is close to several metro stations and a large department store, and there were many restaurants nearby. The in room laundry was nice to have, and the friendly people at the desk were happy to give me extra soap for the machine. After staying in two tiny tiny hotel rooms in Narita and Osaka, staying in this large space was a real treat!"

"The pokemon theme room quite impressive although the snorlax pushy looks a bit dirty. The whole room is with pokemon design except the toilet. Around 10mins walk from station, no shelter. "

"Ascott is an excellent hotel, very clean, and accommodations are like new. There is limited food availability, only offering breakfast and lunch. No room service. However, you can order food to be delivered, but you will need to figure that out by yourself. One of the TV’s in the room did not work. I discovered this late in the evening and did not report it as I did not want an engineer coming into my room late at night. To have the air conditioning (cool or heat) on, there is a bright...

"Spacious room and had everything we needed. We stayed in the Pokémon room with bunk beds which our son loved. Location is an easy walk to the main Ginza shopping area and train station and located in a quiet street. Staff came from diverse backgrounds and were super friendly, we also stayed on Mimaru in Kyoto and had the same great experience. "

"Excellent location to access shops and public transportations. The room was a bit dark as the hotel is close to another building. Staff are friendly and speak good English. Overall it is a good hotel. "
