"Our family of two adults and one child called this property home upon our arrival into Tokyo and couldn't have asked for a better location. It's easy walking distance to several subway stops, the Shibuya area, and a number of local coffee places, restaurants, and shops. It was easy to find, easy to check in to, communication was great, and the personalized note and water/snacks waiting for us was a nice touch.
