"The placed smelled musty. We got used to it but could still smell it quite strongly throughout out stay. The bedrooms were pretty small, but otherwise the place was good. It is in a Korean neighborhood, very convenient, lots of shops and restaurants nearby."

"The owner was very polite. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The stairs to the second floor were a little steep but it was no issue for me and my friends. The beach is near by and also the train station. Would 100 percent recommend. "

"Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. "The host Keita is very nice and kind! He provided any help we need regarding our stay. We kept communicating with him via Whatsapp and Vrbo, and he answers whenever we have inquiries.The 2 connected rooms we lived in can accommodate a total of 3 people. There are 2 aircon with cooling and heating so the room are warm despite the almost freezing temperature outside. There is also a hanger where we can hang our jackets and towels. The room is quite spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo....

"The photos on this listing are not up to date, which surprised us when we walked in. The cleaner was also still present and left the sink and shower drains dirty. However, Memo was super easy to communicate with and brought a cleaner back to fix the drains. Once we got over the difference with the pictures, our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The central location was amazing and we had enough room for several more people. "

"Modern three storey town house with three bedrooms! Great place for a large party! Very comfortable and 10-12 minute walk from local Shinjuku stations. 20 minutes to Shibuya crossing! Very responsive, kind and understanding host. Host was extremely accommodating and was flexible to change our dates last minute, when typhoon in Okinawa uprooted our trip plans. Can’t recommend this place enough!"
