"There was a long wait for checkin but everything was smooth and easy after!"

"The staff for checking in and checking out was the best!!! Easy parking and great location. The only issue we had was the side our room was on. Our window faced Lafayette st. and there's 2 clubs right there and the noise was horrible. Definitely will be back...but in another area of the hotel. "

"The lobby was beautiful, but our room was disappointing. Door to the balcony was falling off the hinges, the carpet was dirty & bathroom was very small. With that said, this is a very old hotel in which some might enjoy the history & originality of the rooms. I will say that the staff were all fantastic & our dinner at Restaurant Revolution was incredible! One of the best meals I’ve ever eaten!"

"5-stars from check-in to check-out. Although the blizzard in New Orleans shut down the entire city for 2 days, the staff made sure every guest had everything necessary. A special shout-out to Semaj & Ta Tiana, Ross, Desaree, Moon, Aura, and the wonderfully talented chefs. They all kept their sense of humor and utmost professionalism during a very challenging time. "This was one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the lovely marble floors and the cozy rooms and great beds, the hot water and nice shower, I have never been happier in a little home outside of my own! 10/10 stars for staff, service, and room quality! "

"It was the best hotel closest to my conference venue. Location was key, and Omni has some excellent restaurants all around. Plus, it is very close to the Nola WW II Museum, which is something everyone (American or not) should visit at least once. It's about 20 min walk from the French Quarter (all the convenience, none of the noise) and across the street from a shopping center, with tons of retail stores. All pluses in my book!"

"Great staff, Historic building. Large rooms, but so-so in room accoutrements (cork floor was worn, etc). Large and bustling lobby, especially when live music. made it fun, and there was no noise in my 4th floor room"
