"As my first time in Japan with my partner this hotel was our favorite in Osaka! It has a luxurious feeling within the hotel & room, everyone there were so very kind and welcoming! You are also very close to the main parts in Osaka 30min walking & i believe 10-15min in train "

"There are so many small things that make this hotel great! It's convenient to do your own laundry here with a change machine located near the laundromat. The massage chairs feel fantastic after a long day on your feet. The food at both of the restaurants is delicious. There are many elevators so you never have to wait long. The rooms are wonderful! "Loved staying here. Convenient location to USJ and train station. Only a few minutes walk to Universal. Hotel staff are all very friendly. Buffet breakfast was exceptional!! Rooms are quite spacious for Japanese standards. Highly recommend staying here!! "

"Hotel was nice and clean with a freindly welcome. The room was spacious enough for a solo traveller. Plenty of towels and pillows were given so I didn't have to request any extras. The only downside was paying 500 yen per luggage for luggage storage after check out. I understand this might have started due to overtourism but every other hotel I have stayed at so far are still offering luggage storage for free, so this felt like a let down. "

"The service is top notched. The location is good . Kintesu line and mall just besides the hotel. Direct bus limousine from Kansai. 1800yen for adult and 900 yen for kids. Have been here 3 times for holidays over the past 15 years. "
