"Everyone in the receiving area are extremely helpful, they went all the way to help us move to our preferred room the next day since it wasn't available when we checked in late. Eventhoug there's an obvious language barrier, everyone tried their very best to accommodate us. The lobby is so elegant, the rooms are clean and well appointed. The most exciting part is their buffet breakfast! Its filled with lots and lots of delicious dishes! I look forward to it every morning! I definitely will bring my family back to this wonderful hotel very soon!"

"My favourite hotel of my trip so far. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a train station directly beside the hotel, which made getting around very convenient. Similarly, there was a 7/11 also right beside the hotel, which was nice. The only comment I have is that there wasn’t an easily accessible microwave. You either had to go down to the store next door to heat up your food, or go down to the front desk to ask them to do it. Other than that, greatly enjoyed this hotel. Would definitely stay again! "

"Kids love it. Accommodation is clean and conveniently located to Universal Studio. The only downside is that we have to transfer to Osaka or Shin Osaka every time when we explore other part of the city or nearby city"
