The restaurants are lovely & had a good selection of drinks & meal options. They are also beautifully decorated with added class. "Great location on Duke Street. Close to lots of great bars and pubs but far enough away from Concert square to avoid the noise. Walkable to all the sites and lovely clean rooms. Helpful staff and the cosy Monro pub directly across the road for a nice pint."

"We use the hotel frequently and feel at home there. Especially like the atmosphere in the bar and invariably find ourselves chatting with other guests. Great location for the business district but only ten minutes from the Royal Albert Dock or the excellent city centre shops. Literally dozens of good restaurants within 15 minutes walk and its own MPW restaurant is also very good. Highly recommended "
