"The titianic is a very unique hotel, with its industrial design. The room (standard) was large, considering it was a standard, with a good range of facilities. Only a few things regarding the room was that there was a stain on the bedding, and the trim of the shower was coming off, but overall beautiful rooms. "Lovely modern hotel, we had room with balcony. It was a nice stay, we just got woken early by cleaners up and down corridor at 8am. Other than that it was comfortable, modern, great views, well equiped, room has mini fridge, bottles of water, tea, coffee, biscuits, and robes. Great reception staff friendly and accommodating. Thank you"

"Very grand hotel with a lot of history, even stories about ghosts that haunt mainly the 3 rd floor. The floor we were on lol. We couldn't fault the cleanliness and helpfulness and politness of the staff. Didn't have chance to look around at this vast hotel but will definitely stay there again as being right in the middle of Liverpool and such a good price what more could you ask for ! "

"Had a fantastic 2 night stay here. Hotel itself is lovely with gorgeous decor, clean and good facilities. Customer service was excellent - every single member of staff we met was fantastic - super helpful and went above and beyond to answer any questions or provide help when needed. "Enjoyed our stay, was perfect for what we wanted. Staff very helpful and chatty. Bit disappointing that the roof bar area was shut for refurbishment, we werent told this on booking and it was one of the reasons i had made the booking. The place is tired and in need of renovation which i believe they're in the process of doing. Super convenient to Liverpool one and some great bars and restaurants nearby. Would recommend as a base for anyone."

"Great experience all round, every single member of staff we interacted with was a pleasure. Hotel was clean. Lifts were speedy so wasn’t an issue being on third floor. Loads of options for breakfast. Swimming is a book in system which I think should be clearer when booking- however that process was easy and pool was clean too. "

"The hotel was very comfortable. Outstanding location. The staff was amazing. The room was quite comfortable and spotless. The only negative or possible drawback would be if you have a car you can’t park out front while you check in. There is a garage so parking is readily available. But there’s no Lyft from the garage to the hotel and you are required to either walk around or carry your luggage down the stairs. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this property.
