There is a huge building site outside and the room has no net curtains so you’re either overlooked by workmen or in the dark. But that’s the negatives. The location is great. You could leave your luggage in a locker prior to check in and after checkout enabling you to walk around the city without having to carry it with you. "Very nice and clean place. I understand that AC may not be necessary in the rooms, but they should at least provide a fan—I was sweating at night. The blankets are also quite warm. I would recommend Parliament Hotel to any friends or family visiting Iceland. The hotel is surrounded by two squares, which makes drop-off and pick-up a bit challenging. There's no designated parking for hotel guests, so you'll need to find street parking nearby."
