"The room and bathroom were relatively small but worked for us. We did not like the hot tubs and they were not warm enough, only 38C. Sauna was ok. We enjoyed the breakfast, good selection and good coffee."

"I wish I stayed there longer. The southern peninsula is awesome..geothermal stream and natural pools..hiking, northern lights, grocery store. A car is best so you can drive to Secret Lagoon, Selfoss..maybe to Reykjavic cause a cab is like $175. From KEF to Hveragerdi, same back to Reykjavic. "

"We loved the property. The views were breathtaking and despite the extreme weather, we were always very warm & cozy. The hot tub too was outstanding. The one thing I would have fixed would be the issue with the locks not actually locking. I understand it is a rural area with little to no crime, but as a foreigner from a place that has plenty of crime, it was a bit worrisome leaving for the day’s excursions with the knowledge that the door could not properly lock.
