"Everything about this charming home and its hosts was an absolute delight. Nestled atop a hill, you get lovely views when seated in multiple spots around the house. "We have really enjoyed our week just outside Selfoss. The cabin was cosy and equipped with all the essentials, and an excellent base to explore southern Iceland from. We even got to see the Northern Lights from just outside the cabin! Petra was an accessible, friendly and super helpful host, she kindly went above and beyond to help us when our flight was cancelled due to a bad storm. We would highly recommend!"

"Me and my boyfriend had a good stay at this property. It has parking for anyone hiring a car. The host was great, offering breakfast and lifts if needed. There was a language barrier but anyone who is not Spanish can just use google translate and it is easy enough. We had full use of his flat including the kitchen etc. Cheaper alternative to hotels and a nicer option than hostels. "

"A perfect base camp for our visit to the Golden circle. We were able to see the Aurora Borealis 2 out of 3 nights from the hot tub. The book said hot tub would take 1-2 hours to prepare, in our experience, since it is winter and colder, it took a lot longer (4-5 hours)"
