"We spent 3 nights at this cottage for exploring parts of the Golden Circle. The cottage was a perfect home away from home. It had the necessary amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The dining and living room areas were a decent size for a family of 4-6 people. The bunk bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable. "Had a town 10 mins away with cute bakery and food options . Our stay was comfortable. We got to see northern lights 2 out 3 nights of our stay from the backyard . Good location to golden circle . We woke up early and got to the stops before the bus tours came in and it felt less crowded doing it that way. "

"Great property a very short drive from Selfoss. We stayed a week in early November. The check in book is very thorough. I am very glad the beds were comfortable (rare these days with rental properties) and the owners were very quick to respond with all communication both prior and during our stay.
