This property is a no-on-site-reception hotel. You will get an email with a code to open your room, but will not talk to a person when you arrive. That said, the room was very clean and fairly updated. It is a close walk to the bus stop, several grocery stores, KFC and Subway. If you want to get to city center it would be better to take the bus, as it would be abotu a 50 minute walk. But a nice hotel, good breakfast, has a foosball table that the kids enjoyed.

This hotel was great value for money - out of the busy city centre but easily connected by bus (about 10-15 mins). Most of the main tours did hotel pickups from here so if you are planning on using day trips, its very practical. Breakfast was excellent.

The self check in was easy. The property was clean, quiet and it was easy to catch a bus into the city center. Breakfast was excellent, a very good selection of food. The staff were very friendly, especially in the bar.

The property was clean. The self check in process was smooth, using a code instead of a keycard was very convenient. The underground parking was a great feature, especially since we had a rental car. The breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious. The room was small and the temperature control was an issue. The bathroom was clean. The room was very limited, a bed, side table and hangers for our coats. Overall the property was a good place if you are just looking to sleep. The options outside the property were limited and it was too far from the heart of downtown to be walkable.

Was disappointed in the size of the room and the amenities of the room. I was under the impression there would be a microwave and a refrigerator and yet there were none. Additionally, a satellite TV service was faulty at best and continue to cut out throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet, however, was wonderful. Well stocked and a lot of different types of food. And the hotel was very clean and quiet.

5 star cheap clean good options at breakfast parking available outside hotel if the underground parking is full. Kettle available with tea and coffee, just ask staff. Fridge on every floor with pens and lables.

What an amazing property! I love that check-in is all done online and you get a code to enter the hotel/room at 3pm. There is no waiting or having to deal with checking in if you arrive late. The rooms are cozy, the bed is soooooo comfortable and the bathroom is very spacious. The breakfast is AMAZING! You'd pay $40 each for the same buffet elsewhere. BIG shout out to Patricia who helped me with printing a document last minute that I needed for my flight. She was so helpful and accommodating. Cant wait to return!

Property was nice enough for a few days. Staff was helpful when you could find them. Cons for me. 1)twin blankets on queen bed 2)room was too warm even with heat turned off and little window open 3) they do not clean the room only replace towels and straighten bed. Sheet was definitely not changed
