"Excellent location if you have a car. Not good if need public transportation. Bus service is bad on weekends especially Sunday. We waited 40 minutes for a bus on Sunday. We had to use taxis which were quite expensive. "

"We spent one night in Rekyavik, The Edition was in a perfect spot. Walking distance to the town, had all the modern amenities you could ask for. The lobby bar was a nice place to hang out for a bit before heading out for the evening. Breakfast was not included and was very expensive. Overall a pleasant experience."

"Amazing they went above and beyond to help we had a few issues with lost items and they helped us locate them which was kind and less stressful. Maids are lovely and helped with my requests for extra amenities like the tea which is lovely Good sized clean rooms, overall lovely style of hotel and great location "

"Excellent place to stay, about 20/30 minute walk to the main area of Reykjavik. Superb staff and extremely friendly. Very easy to access the roads for adventures and an added bonus there’s a cat that lives in the lobby roaming around. 10/10 would recommend and stay again."

Amazing place

"Our stay at this hotel over New year was nothing but a pleasure, from the minute we stepped into the hotel to the minute we left we were always welcomed. We even seen the northern lights on NYE! Breakfast was lovely and the family room we had was big and spacious. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has lots of places to get food within a 2 minute walk along with 2 supermarkets. We will definitely be back 😊"

Cozy little apartment in the quiet Laugardalur valley area

Could not ask for more!

"This spot is honestly perfect, especially if you have a rental car (which we did). You have plenty of space, a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, and a kitchen with every cooking utensil you’d want. Location is great with the easy 5-minute drive to downtown, a cheap gas station a block away, and the Bónus supermarket 3 minutes down the road. The neighborhood is quiet though, which makes getting a good night’s rest very easy. En-suite laundry is so clutch as it made packing light much easier. And all for such a reasonable price! Host’s instruction booklet had great amount of helpful info for the apartment as well as the local area. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. "
