It was uncomfortable and gave me a backache. Loved the restaurant and the food provided. Dinner was outstanding and well worth the price. I would recommend renting a car as getting taxi to get there was really hard even with rideshare apps. We appreciated the shuttle service to explore Florence. "

The main issues were around the quietness of the room, it was next to a patio and there was a lot of noise at night which made it difficult to sleep during the stay. The breakfast is limited but always good to have as an option"

"LOVED this hotel, a few minutes from the Termini rail station AND the shuttle to the airport. You can walk to all the sights, tons of shops and restaurants for all budgets. GREAT breakfast, friendly staff ; check-out is not until Noon, which helps. We got ourselves a spacious room looking at the plaza, with all amenities. Double-pane windows keep out the noise. Great mattress and room was cleaned every day. We hope to be back soon!! It was just such a nice experience."
