"Spent a wonderful week in Florence. We had a small glitch at the end of our stay, which was not any fault of the hotel. Due to Florence marathon on Sunday and the 24 rail strike, which started on Saturday night, we had to extend our stay. The staff did everything they could to help us with alternate travel plans."

"Beautiful property. We did horseback riding which was a highlight and the cooking class was fantastic. The pool was relaxing and beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable- literally felt like home!! We would go there again for sure. Incredibly relaxing experience."

"The hotel Como Castelo Del Nero is a beautiful property. However, for this resort to feel more comfortable and welcoming as resort it will require a few changes: The rooms are to bright. The lights system are designed for business only. There are not one single dimmer in the entire room or bathroom. Secondly important thing are the steps to access the bathroom. Staff always went out of their way to make our stay special, turndown and cleaning service was great, bfast buffet was 10/10, and property is just stunning. We also did the cooking class on property which was awesome and the hotel also set up a wine tour for us and it was great to be shown small family wineries. Such a jem of a hotel, I hope we can come back soon! "
