"Wow what a gem of a place. Great friendly service and hotel and the scenary is so beautiful. Sat outback in the gardens in the evening drinking wine enjoying the quiet and the beautiful garden. Had a delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant and the included breakfast was wonderful. We only stayed one night passing through but I would love to come back to this place for a longer vacation. I would highly recommend staying here "

"From the moment we saw the hotel across the plaza to the moment we checked out and ran to our train, we loved the Grand Hotel Baglioni. The reception staff was wonderful! The gentlemen that helped us the most were Sr Bonarino who checked us in and gave us great transit advice for one of our unique stops, and Sr Francesco, who took our bags right up to our room for us and said hello to us each time we passed in the hallways. The room itself was marvelous! We will absolutely be returning to this establishment in the future. It is in a magnificent location, relatively close to everything downtown, safe, clean, beautiful, and friendly. The premises and staff surpassed our wildest dreams and gave us a very memorable stay in the already memorable Firenze."

"Beautiful property and excellent location. Very close to the train station, so no cabs required if this is how you’re arriving/departing. Right in the middle of Piazza di Santa Maria Novella. Restaurants and other main attraction areas are within 5-10 minutes walking. Very clean rooms, helpful staff, and nice bathrooms. Showers are small as they are in all of Italy, but not a problem for us. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"It’s good/average for 3 star hotel with good breakfast. Check in time is set and cant check in early ( but luggage can stay inside of locked area). Hotel/staff is helpful and clean. If you have small kids I wouldn't recommend, you have to pass by big crew of refugees every time you goto duomo/restaurant area. Only 6min from centrale/hertz. it’s excellent "
