"Brunella, whom helped us check in, and handled all the front desk help, was very welcoming, pleasant, respectful, friendly, and accommodating. There is some noise between the rooms as the house building is a bit old, but it's not a big issue at night as it's very quiet."

Complimentary bottle of wine and water had us already very happy, the place is quite nice, large, high ceilings, the bathroom seemed to be renovated just recently. Easy access to the building, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and atractions. We were able to leave our luggage until departure. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating! 20 out of 10, would come back here again, too bad we didn't stay longer in Florence...

"The property is a very nice 11Century building and is maintained impeccably BUT all should know the bathrooms are small, so small the shower head hangs from the ceiling and the drain is in the middle of the floor beneath it. There is a room that has no personal bath it is down the hall but has a regular shower"
