"Overall very nice place and would stay again the next time we are in Florence. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and stairs leading up are a bit steep and narrow so be careful when bringing your luggage down. The apartment was clean and nice size for 2 people. Only thing was that the shower is a bit small and tight so may be difficult for bigger people."

"The good: Villa was very clean up on arrival. The beds are comfortable. The mini-split heat/AC worked well, although we didn't need it much. The villas all sit on top of a hill, with spectacular views. The food at the restaurant on the property is some of the best in the area, and you will struggle to beat the price. "The location is very isolated from population centers, very high in the hills. You are very close to nature and yet with excellent amenities to enjoy. Hospitality is lacking in that absolutely nothing is included in your room except towels and scant utilities to cook. No wine glasses in Tuscany! Internet is inconsistent. Expect the bare minimum services."
