"I'll tell her isn't a great location if you want to stay in the old town. It's right around the corner from the clock tower. We had a lovely room with a beautiful balcony that oversaw the clock Tower. The only issue would be that it's very lively in the clock tower area at night and you can hear the party going on until very late. Otherwise the hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. The rooftop bar and pool were nice. And the breakfast was great and the staff was lovely."

"I absolutely love this property, the front desk ladies made my stay amazing. The room was clean ac worked great the hot water work perfectly. The area is close to everything! I walked everywhere, it’s very walkable no more than 10mins. I had split my stay three days in mood and three days in bocagrande. The day I checked out, I arrived in my hotel in Boca grande was highly disappointed in the hotel, especially with it advertising as luxury. iMessage one of the ladies on WhatsApp and ask him if I can get my room back in mood and she quickly booked a reservation for me. Now that’s customer service. I came right back to my room and cancelled the other hotel. I absolutely love the hotel and front desk ladies made me feel so safe and welcomed. Do yourself a favor and book the superior room, it’s worth it. You won’t regret picking this hotel! "

"Beautiful hotel! My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The property was very nice and the staff were excellent. It was in a great neighborhood and only a short walk to the old city. I would stay here again. "

"Excellent stay and great staff. I asked for a quiet room and my room was quiet. I had the best sleep of my my one month stay in Colombia. Very convenient location as well. I will return for sure. Some areas for improvement: a little hectic during breakfast sometimes so I think they need to add more staff during busy season. I also had a few hiccups as a solo female traveller of color but the staff handled it well and were very apologetic. I think some training on biases and assumptions would be helpful as well."
