Disappointing experience with Viajero Getsemani. We paid for a private double room en suite. It had no windows and severely lacked ventilation - the room smelt awful because of this. We booked and pre paid via Expedia but at checkout were asked to pay again. This means we have double paid and I’m still not getting any replies from Viajero about a refund. Be careful (and check your account) if the same happens to you, it could be a scam! Would recommend people use other hostel companies, there are plenty more out there which are FAR better value for money.

El hotel tiene bonitas instalaciones y la atención del personal es muy cálida. La ubicación es perfecta, todo queda muy cerca hasta para ir caminando. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí.
