Great place to stay within the walled city (centro historico) in Cartagena. The staff was very nice and accomodatng. The only thing is that it can get loud at night if you are staying in the rooms looking at the street.

Beautiful place! Friendly and welcoming staff with lots going on in the area. Great price too and room was so clean and comfortable! Drinks on the rooftop was another fun experience, thanks to all!

Central location lots of shops and restaurants close by, a few unsavoury characters on the block with the hotel,, and the wifi doesn’t reach the lower floors. Great for going out with friends but don’t stay there by yourself. Great pool tho!

Great location 1 block from Clock Tower. Lots of shops nearby. Wonderful staff. Walls can be thin. If you want quiet, don’t get a room on the street.

The property was great. It was in a great location to walk around the city, staff was great and very helpful. However they need a parallel to the street. I dont know how many times I accidentally walked past the hotel

The room was spacious and clean. The AC unit was broken and they quickly fixed it. The complementary breakfast was also very delicious with many options and fresh juice made on demand. I would stay here again.

I liked the ease to walk around all restaurants and clubs. The staff were incredible. Very helpful. I didn’t like the inconsistent warm, water pressure. Needs to be hot 24/7!
