I recently stayed at Casa Emma, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is new and impeccably maintained, with every detail thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of its guests. The location couldn’t be more convenient—it’s within easy walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options, making it perfect for exploring the area. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Their warm, attentive service made me feel right at home, and it was clear they genuinely cared about creating a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that combines modern amenities, an excellent location, and outstanding hospitality. It was a great experience for me and my wife. Very cozy atmosphere like our home. Caring staff who always are there to assist us with kindness and big smile. But the best part is you are in the center of history of Cartagena. Very safe and surrendered with colorful houses. Amazing hotel breakfast and street food.
