They were beyond helpful when we checked in to hold our luggage, provide us a place to change, call a car etc. They spoke every time you were coming or going. Always asking what they could do for you and if you were enjoying your stay. Really incredible in every way. Facility is great. Amazing rooftop pool. Drink and food service at the pool. Great rooms. Hotel is in the middle of everything. Walk to shops, restaurants, bars. Highly recommend, would stay here every time in cartegena "
