"Quiet space, private beach"

"Quiet relaxing resort off the beaten path close to airport. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. We did tip but we felt it was not like they expected it. Staff really appreciated the tips and one of our waiters was SO appreciative and made our night by saying ‘God bless you’. There are no bracelets. The beach is walkable for miles each way and quiet. We saw dolphins daily but you have to watch for them. There are no beach activities like parasailing or jet skis. All rooms are ocean view. We did preferred club which is ocean front. Preferred club has separate pool area & bar but is quiet -no music. There is also a preferred lounge. We also got 2 rounds of free golf with 4 nights preferred booking. The golf course is amazing! At least 6 holes right on the ocean and is in beautiful shape. The club house overlooks the ocean also. We paid $50 for new PXG clubs plus they gave us a free drink. They pick you up at the hotel with golf cart & take you there. We thought the food options were all good. Nice coffee shop. No reservations required at restaurants which was SO nice. Rooms are big and nicely decorated with many amenities. We really enjoyed our stay & would return. We didn’t go to Stone Island but it’s a $30 taxi there and heard it was fun and authentic Mexico experience. "

"Our stay here was very nice. Everything you need is available in the condo. Great view of pool area beach from the porch where we had breakfast every morning. We enjoyed our stay hope to return next season. Natalie is a very accommodating host."

"The condo is fantastic - great amenities throughout. A perfect place for two people to enjoy a week of sun and golfing. However, the property management company ("Partner Host") was very poor. Had it not been for the on-site concierge getting in touch with the property owner we may have had to rent a hotel room for the night. Requests for names, ages (ages, really??), make/model of rental car were made while we were in flight, setting a deadline that was impossible to meet as it was prior to us landing. This information was apparently necessary before providing us with access information. Even though they stated they would be keeping an eye out for our response we never received anything for several hours. Thankfully as mentioned previously, the on site concierge put us in touch with the property owner who was extremely helpful in getting us into the condo and continued to follow up with multiple times throughout the week. The owner is awesome! If a new management company is put in charge of the check in process there should be NO ISSUES with staying at this unit."

"This is a nice house, however guests need to know the website claims it sleeps 18 and offers 7 bedrooms (including 2 kings, 4 queens and one room with a sofa bed and bunk bed). We were unpleasantly surprised when upon arrival we found 6 bedrooms (not 7) only 3 queen rooms (not 4). So we had one person (of our party of 8) who thought they would have their own queen room, that ended up having to share one of the 6 rooms by bringing in a mattress from the garage. Because of this I cannot give a positive review. The house is large and the resort is beautiful, but be aware the sleeping situation may not match what you're expecting. I'm unsure of the claim this house sleeps 18, we were a party of 8 and definitely unable to sleep comfortably."

"Overall a great stay! Beautiful property, early morning walks on near empty beaches, pools well maintained, condo all as advertised. Property Manager responded quickly during booking, pre-arrival questions, and solving 2 minor issues during stay (missing hair dyer and a howto: fixed within 2 hours each time.) Suggestions: - have the condo info booklet updated (restaurant hours, etc.) and out on counter where it can be found easily - need to know not to put toilet paper down the toilet - would have been to know where grocery stores where, such as Ley in Villa Union -"
