Read in fine print after we checked in that there's no lift (elevator) -- we had the luck of being on the very top floor so five flights of stairs was quite the workout. The room was small but well decorated and appointed. Beds were comfortable and linens were lovely. Staff were super friendly. Only complaint is that our room was HOT -- we kept radiator off and window open all night (in December!) to be comfortable...

"So the overall stay was pretty good and was impressed with there cleanliness and front desk staff. The only issue we had was that room was very warm and only had a fan to use for keeping us cool. But opening the windows helped immensely so wasn't really much of an issue after that!! We will definitely be coming back to Chelsea Cloisters and highly recommend them to anyone staying in the South Kensington area!!"
