"I loved the mini apartment it was perfect for our stay. Although a little work needs doing in places. The bathroom had nowhere to put your toiletries and there was no shelf or ledge in the shower either. The dinner plates were extremely small, more like side plates. It would have been nice to have 4 of each item and not 2.. like cups, bowls and cutlery.. we had to wait for the dishwasher to finish to be able to use them again. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay with decent climate control in...

"The hotel is convenient for Battersea Park and the rooms basic but comfy bed. Front of the hotel faces onto busy road but other rooms are quieter. No breakfast option isn't an issue as local shops stock products and the rooms have microwave, kettle, plates and cuttlery"

"Overall, it is a great place for a short stay. It is not a 5 star hotel but it is clean, in a great location that is close to public transportation and in between Oxford street, Hyde park and paddington station. I am giving it a 4 star out of 5 due to communication, I wish they told me in advance that the room is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator, I also messaged them before I arrived asking if they offer early checkin but I haven’t heard back from them till date. "

Very private and quiet in Chelsea away from the noise and crowds of Westend. Service was outstanding and professional! Even ordered a. Club car for us to depart for Heathrow. "9 Hertford street is a real home away from home. Hugely spacious for London at a very reasonable price. The staff are friendly and welcoming and were on hand for local knowledge or any issues with the apartment. When we arrived they'd put the electric fire in and all the lamps to make it feel warm and homely. The apartment is very cosy with good quality mattress, linens and sofa along with book cases and pictures making it feel like a proper home. It's not the most contemporary or luxury...
