A special shout-out to Rafa, the gentleman who seemed to be at our service whenever we needed him. In a remote island setting where anything can go wrong, Rafa was our go-to fix-it man. His resourcefulness and kindness ensured that we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Then there’s Tia, whose culinary creations were beyond compare. We could have ventured out to any restaurant in town for a fancy meal, but we chose to savor the delicious dishes prepared by Tia and her daughters. Their warm hospitality and home-cooked meals provided a dining experience that surpassed even a 3 Michelin-star restaurant! And of course, I cannot forget Maloi, the orchestrator of our perfect vacation. From the moment we arrived, she made sure we felt taken care of. Her meticulous attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our trip was seamless—taxi rides, boat trips, and excursions into town were all expertly arranged.
