"From the time of arrival at 3AM the receptionist was customer oriented my room was clean and cleaned daily . The breakfast great. Two to three minutes walk to the airport. Everyone of the hotel employees were decent. Highly recommended . The air-conditioning was great , water pressure great"

O banheiro é escuro, e não tem espelho para se ver de corpo inteiro. O café da manhã é simples, mas tem a possibilidade de pedir ovos e omeletes através do cardápio oferecido."

"This hotel is located right in the center of everything. It's meters away from the piers for visiting the islands, and right in the middle of all the action. That's good, or bad, depending on your preferenes. Rooms are a bit small, AC isn't that strong, but overall everything worked fine and location was great."

"I was here just a month ago and had an even better experience this time around. I love how close the hotel is to everything. The walk to the docks to go to an island was so convenient. The grocery stores and express store is such a convenient walk. Being back so soon the building staff remembered me. I love presidential unit and will be getting it again on my next trip to Cartagena. "
