"The location and the apartment is very convenient and very well located and maintained. The only comments were that we were 3 people and there were only two towels and one of these broken. Also the sofa bed is not comfortable and might need a replacement. Other than that the property is very good."

"The property unexpectedly canceled my reservation due to overbooking. Then blamed it on Expedia which caused confusion. Trying to sort the whole ordeal out took between 2.5-3 hours. And on vacation that’s a lifetime. Be weary when booking. "

"Amazing location of the apartment and restaurant inside of the walled city. Great walkability and proximity to many other restaurants and boutique shops. Vivian was awesome helping us out with our bags and room while we stayed here. The A/C units were pumping the room full of cold air and it was great to get out of the heat. Food at the restaurant was immaculate, great pricing and everything we ate felt good afterwards and didn’t feel groggy or processed."

"A quiet sanctuary just steps from the city walls. Close to all the sights and charms of Cartagena, but it becomes a haven after you come through the main door. Secure building with friendly staff. Spacious rooms, and it was great to have a swimming pool for a morning or evening swim. I would definitely stay here again. It met all our expectations."

"The apartment was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well stocked. Close to everything; groceries, restaurants etc. we didn’t have hot water. They tried to fix it several times, unsuccessfully. Not a big deal, but would have been nice for doing dishes. The beach is very busy, but shuts down early. "

"The room was very nice with great views of the beach from the living area and the upstairs bedroom. The host was very helpful and quickly responded if I had a question or issue. The washer and dryer in the apartment is a nice bonus as well. The building is nice and clean and it’s walking distance to all the shops and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others."

"Great location and perfect size for our family of 4. Views were really nice. AC in the living room doesn't work so it was hot in the main area. Bedrooms were comfortable for sleeping with working AC units. Master bedroom and bath was really nice! Kitchen could use more towels and apartment was not stocked with trash bags. Also some weird condensation spots on the floor that were slippery. Minor issues but an overall really good stay!"
