The building felt very safe and secure with restricted access to guests only and the entrance/front of the building was monitored day and night. "Our host Vivian was fantastic. She went above and beyond. Whenever we had questions about the area, she answered them and helped us get around. Our room was always serviced and cleaned every day. "Great price, beds were a little too firm but comfortable. Mini-splits worked well except in the family room - it never cooled down enough for it to feel comfortable. Large balcony with nice panoramic views. No hot water, but it was so hot outside it didn’t matter. Very large spaces. We loved that there is a little convenient store and grilled food restaurant immediately next to the Las Flores building. It was super convenient. "
