"Smells wonderful gorgeous property -on night one of four, i saw a bug on my pillow - i killed it and left a blood smear - i left a tip next to the blood smear and the cleaner didn’t change the sheets. Got cleared up the next day when i read the sign you are supposed to put on the bed for sheet change - missed it at first due to language barrier. "

"They really take care of you at this hotel from hot towels and a welcome beverage to an easy ride to the airport. The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful and most of them bilingual. The property is stunning and well taken care of, and it’s close to everything in Cartagena. Pool is very nice, food is absolutely incredible, and the beds are comfy. Stay here!"

"The property was amazing. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The view was great. The staff was very friendly and professional. We really enjoyed the rooftop pools and bar. Food was delicious at the restaurant and the rooftop. The only thing we had a bad experience with was being told we owed a large sum of money as we where checking out for bringing to guests back that was not at all disclosed ahead of time and could only be paid in cash. It seemed very suspicious. We had no cash on us as we were robbed by the police in Barranquilla the day before so we had nothing to pay. We told them this was unacceptable as it was not at all discussed before and they let it slide but it seem very fishy that it was thrown at us last minute and it had to be cash. It’s a beautiful spot and we really enjoyed our stay. Just make sure to have a copy of the policy handy and confirm with the front the rules on guests. All and all though we would stay here again. "
