"Immaculate, peaceful spot in the city center. We enjoyed being there so much and highly recommend. Kitchen was great for DIY breakfasts, the building is safe, quiet and attended 24 hrs. The roofdeck and pools are gorgeous. And the apt was close and walkable to everything within the Walled City. Our host was excellent and responsive, with great suggestions, and even got back to us immediately with a recommended clinic when one of our group needed emergency medical care. "

"Llegué a la hora indicada y no me recibieron. Éramos 13 personas en espera de ubicación. La portería, propietario y administrador de la propiedad argumentaron que no tenían ningún tipo de vínculo con Hotels.com. y que ellos no tenían ninguna reserva. Que para estas fechas el valor era otro y la cantidad mínima de noches eran 4. Cuando pude tener señal ya después de 7 horas de espera Hotels.com me respondió autorizando el reembolso para ubicarme como indemnización en otro hospedaje."
