"Check in was super easy with lovely staff. Room size was generous as was shower size. Cleanliness was of a high standard throughout room and hotel. Hairdryer in room and toiletries, plenty of towels. Tv and free internet. Ate in room due to having busy day and staff were happy to supply cutlery which was kind considering they have their own restaurant. Breakfast was amazing ! Choice and quality was above expectations in fact I have paid more for breakfast in places than what I actually paid for...

"A little tired on that TV was terrestrial and shower unit one of those square tight units. Bathroom had heaps of space as did bedroom. Comfy bed. Heating control got the better of me. Service exemplary. Made me and my 2 well traveled miniture Dachshunds very welcome despite some less dog friendly guests. Great grounds. Very peaceful. Uniquely the hotel charge is £15 per animal per night! I am hoping the marketing manager does answermy email concerning this."

"We turned up very early at 10:30 and asked on the off-chance if we could pay to park earlier as we had to go to a dance comp at winter gardens. Not only were we able to park early but also check in at this time rather than the 10pm check in we were expecting after our dance comp.
