" We were on a tight schedule on arriving after a 7 hour drive , arriving at 18.45 . Literally had to drop our bags and leave. Sadly a new member of staff on reception did not have a clue . I asked for him to get help and he said everyone was busy and he had only just started. Very disappointed with check in "

"Stayed for 1 night to see the illuminations. Hotel is opposite a tram stop so really handy. There is parking to the side of the hotel as well as on the prom, we got a space which was great. The pool is quite small and shallow but the kids had loads of fun in it. Would stay again."
