"24 hour reception so no worries about late check-ins… (might have to let them know if there’s a chance of this though?) Room was great for family of four. Rooms are very quiet - I think soundproofed. Breakfast was really great! I only marked it down slightly on the cleanliness etc due to state of carpet in our room but really pleased for the money."

"This hotel is extremely convenient for Cardiff Central Station, it's just a short walk away. I was a solo female traveller and the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, assisting me with how to operate the air conditioning and where to find food and taxis. The room was small but clean, and the bed was comfortable with a choice of pillows. Recommended for a short stopover. "

"The hotel is very well presented. The staff were welcoming and helpful, ordering taxis for me. My room was very comfortable and clean with all necessary facilities. I had an excellent sleep. The late bar was a welcome facility. It was well stocked and an opportunity to socialise with other rugby fans"
