"Wen we arrived we had paid more to upgrade to a sea view my self and my daughter but rooms was not ready we then got our rooms and they was disgusting not even sea view bits all over the floor looked as though bed had not been made proper but they swapped them rooms was clean and lovely but ours was on the 4th floor and I had already said low floor so was not happy as I have a bad leg and hip and will not use lifts so was not happy over all entertainment was good parking was hard to find a space...

They helped others with eating places still open and even rang them to expect orders. Breakfast is top quality and very well cooked. This stay, our room needed some TLC. The radiator has seen better days, as has the carpet and the bath/shower combo only suits the super flexible due to the very high step...
