Staff was not super accommodating even for small requests… the rooms desperately need to be renovated, the only thing this place has going for it is the proximity to town; frankly there are way better options for similar prices…

Loved our stay here. Staff and facilities were excellent. Breakfast was lovely and we could easily walk to downtown Queenstown. The steep hill walk home would get the occasional whine from the family but the bedroom views made up for it when you got back.
