The rooms were simple but adequate, and the property has gardens, pool, chairs and tables, and breakfast. There is food and drink about 300 feet down the beach, and the ‘downtown’ area a 10-15 minute walk down the beach. This place is for those who want peaceful, reasonably priced, and comfortable ."

"I was concerned when I first realized that the hotel is located on a bustling street in Tamarindo. But when I got into my room that concern went away. The buildings are set back from the road quite a way, and have air conditioning. I am noise sensitive and was not bothered at all. Staff was friendly, the room was clean, the shower had hot water, the wifi and A/C worked perfectly. I did not use the pool, but the pool and its area looked clean and pleasant. Bonus- great coffee and pastries...
