"What a special location! The property sits at the edge of a small cliff with a short set of stairs leading right to the beach. The view is pure idyllic Pacific surf, some of the best sunsets ever!"

"The house lived up to the photos. Clean, comfortable, necessities provided. It's a bit out of the way, which we wanted. You will need a car. The road is a little rough, but many roads are in Costa Rica.Beautiful, quiet black sands beach that is considered one of the cleanest in the world."

"Enjoyed everything about this beautiful Villaesque lodging with its lush botanical walled grounds. Plenty of birds, hummingbirds everyday and other daily visits from a plethora of winged visitors to the pool's waterfall. Monkeys, a colorful squirrel and 2 cats passed through as well. The property is a brief walk along a shaded trail to the beach. "

"The pictures don't do this place justice. The condo is nicely appointed and the view from the living room and front porch are just gorgeous; we loved waking up to it each morning. Check in and out was super easy and the location at Junquillal is really charming. Wouldn't of hanged a thing!"

"The beach front location is truly unbeatable / amazing. With a few minor improvements, the amenities could be as well. The A/C worked very well in both bedrooms. The kitchen is small but works well. The ice maker was not functioning. The bedrooms are spacious; the bed linens/pillows are tired. The pool is lovely however the filter is on a timer and with no access to the filter switch, when there is a blip in the electricity the filter does not restart until the pool guy comes by. In our case the filter was off for 36 hours several times. No one’s fault that the raccoons are a bit of a nuisance. The wi-fi works well. The listing pictures a large propane BBQ - it is an inexpensive charcoal bbq. The beach chairs ; it took a week to have the access to the chairs and they are old and rusty. A beach umbrella would be an appreciated addition as there is no shade on the beachfront here, and it would be great fun to set up on the beach. Lovely shaded alfresco dining areaShampoo,soap,dish soap, garbage bags, toilet paper are provided. Communication with the property manager was good.Ocean sunsets to die for!!!With a few easy fixes, and corrections to the property description, this property would merit a 10/10. That said, a gorgeous property!!! And we would book it again."
