"Our stay was wonderful! The house was perfect for our family of 5. The location to the beach to explore and swim was perfect. The kids loved being able to walk a few steps and be on the beach! The area was very quiet with close proximity to the town. The pizza place and Indian restaurant that are just across the street were both excellent! "The Host Ben is very responsive and kind. I wanted to experience living among the Ticos and we loved it. This place is unique and cozy for the 4 of us girls. There are some minor upgrades needed but we are so easygoing that it was not a bother. We survived a huge thunderstorm and no power for just a couple hours. The property has 2 cats. Also each bedroom has air conditioning and we enjoyed Netflix in the evening. This area is definitely a surf town and several restaurants walking distance....
