"Quiet place but kind of remote, a decent walk to get down to the Lake. The facility has no elevator but is only two floors. Most of the restaurants in the area close early and the hotel doesn’t have a Cafeteria / Restaurant, just vending machines and a concession stand."

"The property is very safe and quiet. We can see Mount Fuji from the balcony. There are some very good traditional Japanese restaurants around this area, we tried several of them, we experienced the Japanese culture and delicious food at the same time. "We had a great stay here, the room was large. The meals with our package were very good. Particularly the dinner, It was delicious. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The only negatives for us were the beds are very firm. I would also suggest that you book a top floor room as the second floor gets a lot of noise from above, you can hear every footstep as people walk around "

"The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Provided what we needed at request. We wish was that in them knowing we had a vehicle, that they were able to direct us to a nearby parking lot with affordable pricing. The signs are confusing at times. We ended up paying ¥3400 the first night for overnight parking and ¥6100 the second night in the nearby lots. Other than that, the room was clean except a little black mold near the AC unit. Deep. cleaning could be better. Happy with our 2 night stay...
