Excellent staff. Super friendly and helpful. Those guys were very busy but still spoke to everyone with patience and kindness. The room was very well appointed, spacious enough for three of us for three nights. Clean and comfortable. The only amenity I missed was a mini fridge to keep some drinks or snacks. Location was very close to Hudson Yards and the High Line. Casual cafes, and restauranys nearby. About a 4 block walk to subway. Wouldnt recommend walking too late at night as it isn't a busy neighbourhood.

We we accommodated with a larger room with two double beds, because my daughter is wheelchair bound and the space was needed, the staff also loaded our luggage on the dolly to our room upon arrival and checkout and a staff member ordered us a handicapped accessible Uber to our cruise pier. I definitely will make reservations with the Four Points hotel again and highly recommend others to do the same.
