"Lolahi Lodge exceeded my expectations in every way! Great rooms, comfortable bed, really nice towels, lots of little touches. I highly recommend this as a place to stay while visiting Hawaiian Volcanoes National Park. So close to the entrance. And a wonderful place to end up after a long day of hiking!"

"Kelly was a great host, and breakfast was very good. House was located down a quiet gravel road. Area felt safe, and host had everything you would need. House was very clean and inviting. Local information was given for our visit to Kilauea. Snacks and drinks were made available."

"I stayed at Aaron's cottage for two nights and it was a great experience. The cottage was cozy, equipped with all the amenities you could need. It had AC, fans, hot water, a comfortable bed, a kitchenette and full bathroom. The place is easy to find and there is a nice beach within walking distance. The place is ideal for staying in the Hilo area or for day trips to Volcanoes National Park, or drive to the top of Mauna Kea (4WD required). "This home provided excellent accommodations for our brief stay in the Volcano area. It sits at the end of a very quiet street nestled in the rainforest and is just five minutes away from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. The rental includes the entire upstairs of the two-story home with only external access to the upstairs, so it is entirely separate from the downstairs.
