"I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean, and up to date. My room was kind of situated in a duck off location, which was private and quiet. The only thing that kind of made me feel uneasy was that there were no cameras in the hallway leading to my room. But overall everything went smooth. Valet was prompt. I also liked the hydration station they had on each floor, where you could get a water bottle and fill it up. I would stay again. "

"This hotel was very nice to stay at. Upon check in my room was not ready which was fine as I was early. The desk clerk said he would call me when my room was ready. I was very upset as I never received a phone call. Don’t offer the service if you are not going to follow through. "

"Nice old hotel in Chicago. Very walkable and easy access to restaurants. We did switch rooms as our first room had a view of some sort of beam or something. But I think that's going to be the case with many of these older buildings that are built tight and right next to each other. "

"cheap parking is nearby, (5 min walking) and there is lots of shopping and dining less than 20 minutes, mag mile included. staff were friendly and rom was clean!"
