"Great location, and excellent staff. Breakfast was a bonus. Only downside was our room was directly above Wetherspoons and it's outside bar area and the bedroom window would not close fully. If staying again will ask for an inside room "

"Stayed for a week in Spring 2025 in a standard room, 2 people. We were full-on tourists add day long, so we basically only slept in the hotel. "The hotel is located in the centre of London, within walking distances from Shepherd's Bush and Hammersmith tube station and Kensington Overground. Next shopping centre, pubs and take away restaurants are in vicinity. The room was clean, equipped with everything you need, everything worked well and it looks beautiful.
