"Hotel staff was very friendly. Restaurants, shopping, London Underground were all nearby. Everything was at a walkable distance. The rooms are a bit bigger than most boutique hotels I’ve seen. Will say that room service never changed the sheets when asked to clean the rooms. Sheets became noticeably dirty after staying a week."

"The hotel is located in the centre of London, within walking distances from Shepherd's Bush and Hammersmith tube station and Kensington Overground. Next shopping centre, pubs and take away restaurants are in vicinity. The room was clean, equipped with everything you need, everything worked well and it looks beautiful.
