"The Hyatt Place was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is heated and they have towels at the pool which is convenient. The buffet style breakfast in the mornings had a variety of foods from fresh fruit to typical Mexican dishes. The room was also spacious. We would definitely come back again. "

"Stayed here many times before new ownership. Love the updates the new ownership has done, don’t love the fact that it is becoming a timeshare or condo type situation. The workers worked very hard however, the resort was very understaffed. One area that has always needed improvement is in the food. I love the location, room was great, and the entertainment at the pool was great. And it’s Mexico, so what’s not to love!"
