"My husband, grandson and I recently spent 3 nights at this resort. It wasn’t too busy at the time so we had no trouble finding lounge chairs near the pool, something I’d read about in previous reviews. I would agree with other reviewers that the food at the buffet was not great but we did find some tasty options. We didn’t bother trying to make reservations at any of the a La carte restaurants because of our short stay. Our room and the public areas were very clean and all staff we encountered...

"Good smaller sized resort in a nice quiet area. The rooms were very spacious and staff kept the property in nice shape. The restaurant no reservation system created a lot of waiting and it seemed odd to have the same system at the buffet (Ive never had that before at an AI). Oceana and Bordeaux were fantastic, room service was quick and easy. Portofino was a huge disappointment but I dont want to overshadow the positives with the negatives. I do wish they labeled their food allergens better...

"Excellent property. Didn't care for the timeshare presentation or pushiness of the salespeople, but the resort was 10/10 otherwise. Absolutely lovely room and the views are to die for. Would come back again for sure."

"Resort was amazing. Lazy River and pool setup super fun and the kids loved it. Food options excellent. Very impressed by rooms as well. Room service a bit annoying as they would come 3-4x per day and even knock at 9pm to offer room service when we were trying to get our kids down. Rather than respond “please put your “do not disturb” then”, I recommend dialing back to 1-2x daily only during the day. Also, room service nice but repeatedly forgot items, though prompt to fix and come back up....

Great stay, loved it!

"My daughter (6yrs) and I had an excellent stay at the Krystal Grand. I used the shuttle service from the airport (budget $35USD each way, as not included.) Easy registration process, the room was great, not fancy, but clean, and was well taken care of daily. Initially had an issue with no hot water in the shower, but that was fixed as soon as I mentioned it. There is a main coastal road directly behind the resort, so there is some traffic noise, but if you have some white noise or earplugs, no problem. We had the all inclusive package, and the food was very consistently good, at the buffet and the a la carte restaurants. A couple of theme nights with entertainment (music and dancers). The kids club was great for my daughter to have play time with other kids, and to give daddy a bit of a break! Awesome staff here too! The pool areas were great, clean and reasonable access to the lounge chairs (only a few travellers leaving stuff on them and never using them!) The two main all-access pools weren't too crowded, and an Adults only pool area separated by a short walk through a breezeway. Dont miss the rooftop adults only skybar Great service from bar and wait staff, who're always close by, friendly and generous. Beautiful, clean beach with a vendor only once in a while...not overwhelming. Almost no-one ocean swimming as Cabo has reputation for riptides. Its a miles long open beach with a shore break, once you were past the break, you can swim comfortably waist to chest deep."
