"The host never contacted us and we were almost left stranded that night. Luckily we got a room at a hotel nearby and then another Vrbo for the rest of our trip but now we have to deal with the ordeal of refunds. Absolutely ridiculous that Vrbo didn't catch this sooner and they took our money. "

"We cannot emphasize how wonderful it was to stay here! It is clean, spacious, has a beautiful view and great location. We did have a little trouble finding it using the google location coordinates provided, as they took us to the middle of a construction site down a dirt road a few Km away from the house. "The place was fabulous. Only 1 night we were disturbed by the music on the Beach but it all died down by 1 am. Victor was amazing and very patiant with us and anwered all our questions. Kristen is amazing she went above and beyond in helping us feel welcome, and booked all our excursions for us. I loved that I got to walk the beach very day and watch the sunrises come up over the water. "

"We absolutely loved everything about this property. I still miss having my morning cup of coffee poolside. The house had everything we needed, the house itself was gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioner worked great & the pool area was beautiful. The concierge was always helpful when we had a question. We spent a good bit of time at the pool, in the gym & playing on the pickleball courts at Palmilla Dunes. Having club access was such a nice bonus. We will definitely try to stay...

"We just ended a great 4 night stay and can't wait to return! The owner Colby and property manager Maricela were very helpful and responsive. Maricela helped with pre-arrival groceries, chef for dinner, taxis, wood for bonfire, etc. The house on the beach in Palmilla does not disappoint - the location is ideal close to the hotel and the beach is amazing and mostly empty. Nice neighbors too. All in all, ee had a great time and will be back!'"

"Wonderful property located on beautiful Costa Azul beach. We enjoyed our stay very much. They warned us about the noise from the locals on the beach but we didn't think it was too bad. The property is set up very nicely with pool and beach location. A wonderful space to spend time with family on the beach in Mexico! A few sugar ants were sharing the space with us but the property was clean and Victor checked us in and out seamlessly. We look forward to visiting again!"

"Beautiful new hotel. We would stay there again. Pool area on the roof very nice and a great view. I told the front desk that the stovetop (estufa) in our room wouldn’t work and a couple of days later I told the girl who cleaned the room that it still didn’t work. She got on her phone right away and told someone but again nothing was fixed. We stayed there for 8 nights and it would have been nice to cook something for a change. "

"Overall stay was pretty good. The walls are very thin so we could hear all the other doors slamming in the complex, and traffic was extremely loud. Breakfast is average for what you’d get out of a hotel. Pool is good, with chairs around for sun tanning. We did see quite a few of very small ant like bugs throughout the room, but not so much that we were concerned. Don’t know that we’d be eager to book again, but would recommend considering it if the price fits your budget. "
