"The home is very comfortable with good AC and outdoor pool. An Uber to downtown is only $4 and they are quick and attentive, so you can go several times a day. "We are a group of 6 women from 2 families who met in the late 70’s comprised of 2 sets of sisters and their mothers. We enjoyed daily walks on the beach just down the drive. Lazy mornings by the pool reading books and reminiscing. Home cooked meals and evenings of cards and music of our memories. Despite the many excursion options we stayed in the home enjoying each others company and the amenities of the home. The home was comfortable for sharing beds and enough bathrooms so no one was waiting....

"The place was fabulous. Only 1 night we were disturbed by the music on the Beach but it all died down by 1 am. Victor was amazing and very patiant with us and anwered all our questions. Kristen is amazing she went above and beyond in helping us feel welcome, and booked all our excursions for us. "Wonderful property located on beautiful Costa Azul beach. We enjoyed our stay very much. They warned us about the noise from the locals on the beach but we didn't think it was too bad. The property is set up very nicely with pool and beach location. A wonderful space to spend time with family on the beach in Mexico! A few sugar ants were sharing the space with us but the property was clean and Victor checked us in and out seamlessly. We look forward to visiting again!"

"House needs to be gutted inside!!! It is an old, broken down, unkept house with disgusting kitchen, worn out floors and furniture, BBQ was rusted and did not work, no live TV. A streamer was sent to us after a month for one of the TVs but still no live TV programming. No TV in 2nd bedroom. Cupboards falling off their hinges, shelving falling apart, leaking taps in bathroom and kitchen (this was fixed after we complained), no glass glasses except for wine, we had to buy some!!! "We just ended a great 4 night stay and can't wait to return! The owner Colby and property manager Maricela were very helpful and responsive. Maricela helped with pre-arrival groceries, chef for dinner, taxis, wood for bonfire, etc. The house on the beach in Palmilla does not disappoint - the location is ideal close to the hotel and the beach is amazing and mostly empty. "House was beautiful and the view was spectacular. The house owner recommended a chef for us to use since we didn’t want to cook. Her name was Dulce and she was awesome. Great food and went way beyond just cooking. We wanted massages and she organized it, we needed a driver for a few outings and she set it up.
