"The home is very comfortable with good AC and outdoor pool. An Uber to downtown is only $4 and they are quick and attentive, so you can go several times a day. There is a very nice neighborhood restaurant only a block away for breakfast lunch and dinner. Clean and tasty. There is also a convenience store two blocks away for small items. "We had 15 of us stay for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect location and set up for a big group. The property is stunning and the outdoor space is truly the best part. Only about 20 minutes from the airport and 30 from Cabo - we were able to do everything we wanted in a 4-day span. The host is wonderful and was super communicative when we needed anything. Highly recommend working with Chef Silva - his team was amazing! I would absolutely stay again!!"

"This is the third time my best friend and I have rented this property. It is a beautiful home in a lovely, safe neighborhood. The house is equipped with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The pool was a real plus on those warm afternoons. "We absolutely loved everything about this property. I still miss having my morning cup of coffee poolside. The house had everything we needed, the house itself was gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioner worked great & the pool area was beautiful. The concierge was always helpful when we had a question. We spent a good bit of time at the pool, in the gym & playing on the pickleball courts at Palmilla Dunes. We relaxed outside by the dipping pool and played fun games gathered around the table. "Great house. Great management. Five stars. We spent a long weekend before Thanksgiving to get some sun and celebrate my wife’s birthday. Cristy and Claudia managed the house very well. The chef was excellent. Having access to Fundadores beach club was well worth renting in this location and subdivision. Will be back. Very nice. Very clean. Impeccable view and pool. Even when a minor maintence issue popped up they were there so fast. "
