"The Lumina is a really nice place to stay. The reason i didnt give 5 stars is because for a one bedroom unit, they say theres a "pull-out" couch. There is not. There is a very short convertible couch that folds down. No mattress. So unless you are 4 feet tall, your legs will not fit because of the armrests. It was incredibly frustrating to assume there'd be a proper pullout couch with an actual mattress for an adult guest, and then realize a short couch was all that was available. They do not...

"We loved the pool, hot tub. Beach views, watching surfers. The lobby was lovely, service at the outside bar was a bonus. Our concierge was super responsive arranging outings for us helping us to navigate the neighborhood."

"Our condo was just steps from the pool. We had a fabulous view of the ocean from our patio-great for sunrises & sunsets! The condo was super comfortable, clean & well equipped. The other guests/owners were very friendly. Communication with the owners was excellent! Great experience!"

"Alegranza is nice. However the restaurant has been closed for almost a year and the pools aren’t heated. Lounge chairs are awful. The listing is not accurate. This is not a resort type of location. Bug issue in the unit was resolved nicely and quickly. It was a good location to be able to walk to town and hotels. There is no beach access nearby."

"An older condo in need of some cosmetic upgrades, but otherwise a very nice apartment. Well appointed with dishware, cutlery and utensils and a good array of pots and pans. AC works very well. Good location equidistant between the beach and the town. Great restaurant across the road: Claro Fish and the little coffe place Organi-K very nice too. "
