"Hotel staff are simply 100% friendly and do everything they can to make sure we (customers) are well served. A couple of times their on-site washers & dryers broke, they were able to have them repaired ASAP. This particular FX hotel, to me, is at the best location to shop, to eat, to take MRT and to take care of my mom's matters 👍"

"Nice hotel! Incredible customer service! Comfortable bed. You can tell the property is aging a bit from the carpet in the room and some other small details too. But still a good hotel. The little grey chair/sofa in the room is definitely not a comfortable place to sit though. There is a service self machine for tiny lattes, mochas, and hot chocolates in the lobby but it would be great to have just regular coffee available also. The walkable option to purchase a coffee feel a bit far for early...
