"Hotel situated at prime location for shopping and dining. Walkable and close to metro stations. Staff were professional, polite, recognized & greeted me whenever I came back to the hotel. My room was clean, quiet and elegant. When I visited in December 2024 - hotel seemed not to have centralized heating. I had to request for extra blanket unfortunately it did not keep me warm. I had to request heater for my room when i was sleeping. All my years of travel from Canada - this is the very time...

"Pros: very clean hotel. Staffs are polite and helpful. Room was very large for 2 pax. Cons: far from nearest MRT. There is only a one way free shuttle the hotel provides to the MRT. And it will take more than 15mins walking from MRT to hotel. Nearby areas lack of restaurants/cafes or shop options. Room is also not soundproof. We could hear neighboring noises in hallways and in the rooms. "
